  • One of the most famous guns in movie history, the Model 29 revolver was known as the most powerful handgun in production at the time for its release in 1955 and of course due to its prominence in the Dirty Harry movies.
  • This beautiful Japanese-made replica from Tanaka weighs in at a hefty 1.17kg and is powered by gas (not CO2). As this is a Japanese replica, it is built for lower pressure 144a gas. Do not use green gas.
  • Made from a combination of super heavyweight, supreme quality composite plastic, with lots of metal parts, including the hammer, trigger, cylinder release, guide rod, front and rear sights and shell backs.
  • The black finish is matt with a metallic hue; combined with the extreme weight, you would be truly convinced that this is a real, full metal revolver.
  • You can swing the cylinder open just like the real thing, exposing the six shining dummy rounds.
  • The shells are not removable; the BBs are loaded by hand into the six holes on the front side of the cylinder. You then rotate the cylinder until the gas valve exposes itself through a small opening in one of the shell backs, where you can charge gas directly into the cylinder's integrated gas tank.
  • Once charged, the revolver can easily shoot 70+ shots.
  • Authentic S&W and 44 Magnum markings on the side of the barrel.
  • Imitation wood grips. with embossed S&W emblem.
  • Surprising range and accuracy, reaching out accurately to 25+ metres.
  • Power is approximately 270fps with 144a at 20C.
  • Includes a gas nozzle extender, a small sample of BBs and BB loader.
  • Fits the Dan Wesson 6-8" holster here. Recommended gas is the Abbey 144a here.
  • Fires at: 270fps
  • Weighs: 1.17kg
  • Length: 300mm
